Dr. Michael Scheele has been admitted to the bar (legal counsel) in Munich since 1977, in St. Petersburg (Russian Federation) since 1991, and in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) since 2013. He has advised and represented numerous national and international companies in commercial law matters and national and international artists in media law matters. He is a columnist for several newspapers and magazines and an editor and author of popular science literature.
Studied law at LMU (Munich) and Stetson University (Deland, USA), received his doctorate in civil procedure law in 1978, was Honorary Consul of the Republic of Seychelles from 1979 to 1989 (consular district of the Federal Republic of Germany), founder of the Fair Press citizens' initiative (1991), and member of the Constitutional Commission of the Republic of Albania (1991 to 1993).
