Marc specialises in corporate / commercial law and is partner at KIENHUISHOVING, a reliable mid-sized law firm in the Netherlands which is well-known for its commercial and business law practice.

Marc assists his clients in various M&A transactions, drafting share and purchase agreements (SPA´s), conducting legal due diligences, advises on the incorporation of legal entities and formalization of legal cooperation (including the drafting of shareholder´s agreements), legal opinions on (group) loan & security agreements, joint ventures, cooperation agreements, commercial agreements, etc.

Marc specialises in the corporate law practice focusing on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he deals with international commercial contracts as well joint ventures and partnerships and has extensive knowledge of company/commercial law.

Before Marc joined KIENHUISHOVING, he worked as a lawyer for an international multidisciplinary law firm. Immediately after his university education he worked as a tax adviser for an international (Big4) advisory and accounting firm.

Marc obtained Master degrees in both Dutch law (University of Utrecht) and Tax law (University of Amsterdam). Marc successfully completed the specialization course Company Law at the Grotius Academy. Marc finalized the professional (post graduate) educational program of the Dutch Bar Association (NOvA) and Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB). Marc is enrolled in the permanent education programme of the Dutch Bar which with a focus on corporate and commercial law
