Responsible for securing the registration and certification of several products with the National Agency for Food & Drugs Administration Nigeria and the Food & Drugs Board, Ghana. 5. Reviews and drafts contracts, agreements and other legal documentation and many more. 6. Provides legal advisory services on various aspects of the law including Intellectual Property, Media and Advertising, Corporate and Commercial, Real Estate.

1. Responsible for securing the registration of several leading international brands with both the Nigeria Trademarks Registry and the Industrial Property Office Ghana. 2. Assisted in drawing legal and administrative structure for the Food Security Commission (a Food & Agriculture Organization Project) – “The Right to Food” in Sierra Leone. 3.Reviewed and drafted security documentation in respect of a US$25 million facility by OPIC to a local mining company in Sierra Leone. 4.Handled documentation/ provided legal advisory services for the laying of the first fibre optic cable in West Africa.

Olusola has spoken at various meetings of IP lawyers organized by the leading IP law firm in Africa. She was a facilitator at the Sensitization Training on Anti-Counterfeiting for Customs Officials in Ghana in 2019. Olusola will be speaking at the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance client event on Global Advertising in the Age of Crisis and Change in London in March 2020.
