Ruben Flores, CPA, JD, brings more than 30 years of experience in tax and business matters. He has a Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin, a Masters of Accounting in taxation from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from St. Mary's University, School of Law. He has given numerous seminars and conferences on international tax, business law, and estate planning in the United States and Mexico. Ruben Flores, Jr., CPA, JD, specializes in both international and domestic business including the formation of international corporate structures, acquisitions and mergers between the United States and foreign companies, international tax planning for foreign investors, and estate planning for both United States and foreign persons.
