As respective law firm, we advise numerous international and domestic companies on financial transactions, foreign investments, purchases and takeovers, as well as on business activities related to investment funds, real estate development and investment not only in the Republic of Croatia but in the close region, as well.

Besides representing the leading Croatian companies and corporations, our law firm represent some of the largest companies in the world. In terms of global companies, our clients include Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer (pharmaceutical industry), McDonalds, Benetton, Lotto, and other numerous other global and European companies from a range of industries such as: Vaillant, Seb, Teffal, Electrolux, Rowenta, Proscutti Parma, Limoni etc.

As a law firm, we were hired as consultants during the investment of funds into the public company Croatian Waters (the value of this project was 15.000.000 euros).

Next, our law firm provided legal services and was hired for merger of HAC-ONC and HAC (Croatian Highways).

The Law Firm Dragičević&Partners LLC has participated in numerous infrastructural projects regarding railways, highways and pipeline. Currently, largest project we are working on is the Construction of Bridge Pelješac where we work as a legal counsels for the Chinese Road and Brigde Corporation (CRBC).

Dragičević & Partners LLC also represented the Croatian Consumers Association in the biggest class action ever taken in Southern Europe, when approximately 42 000 consumers authorized the Consumers Association to sue the Croatian Telecommunications Company (Hrvatski Telekom). The value of the case ranges from possible 20 million euros up to 100 million euros.

Client list of Dragičević & Partners LLC consists of numerous Croatian ministries and state institutions, like the Ministry of Tourism, the Ministry of Transport, Rebuilding and Development, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of European Union Funds, Zagreb County, the City of Zagreb, Zadar County ect. Also, we represent various state companies such as Croatian Electricity Company (HEP), Croatian Post, Croatian Highways (HAC), Croatian Waters, Adria oil pipeline (JANAF), Adriatic Croatia International club (ACI)- the largest complex of marinas all over the Croatian coast, Jadrolinija etc.

I entered the postgraduate study at the University of Zagreb and have made my theses at Max- Planck Institute in Hamburg. I have also passed the preparatory training for the American Business School, as well as GMAT and TOEFL.During my training I worked at the Municipal and District Court in Zagreb and as well as associate in one of the biggest Law offices in Croatia. I have also spent some time working with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

I have made my specialization in several law offices in Italy and Germany. In these countries, as a guest of their government, I have taken part at several seminaries such as “American Law and Legal Institutions” at the “Salzburg Seminar” in Salzburg, Austria.

Dragičević & Partners LLC is a registered patent attorney with the State Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Croatia.

In addition, our managing partner, attorney-at-law Mladen Dragičević is selected AS A MEMBER OF EUROPEAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE OF CROATIAN PARLIAMENT.
