The Lawyer Network is delighted to announce that Miguel Angel Ferrer of 'Arrabe Asesores' has joined the Lawyer Network. Miguel has joined the Lawyer Network as our exclusive Corporate Finance member in Spain.
Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid and Executive MBA (Master in Professional Service Organizations by the Centro de Estudios Garrigues), is the managing partner of the company. Previously, he was head of the Department of Tax and Accounting Consultants Arrabe since 1999.
Miguel is also a spokesperson for the organization of Family Responsible Companies in Spain (EFR).
Miguel has contributed professor Villanueva University Center, hosted several seminars and college courses, prosecutor various forums and universities and regularly collaborates with articles in newspapers and magazines.
