DLA Piper has advised the Central Works Council of ABN AMRO on employee consultation and corporate governance in the future plans of the Ministry of Finance.
The shares in ABN AMRO are currently held by NL Financial Investments, which has publicly advised regarding a potential stock listing in the future. Attached to the advice are letters from the Board of ABN AMRO and the Central Works Council of ABN AMRO. In its letter, the Central Works Council supports the opinion of the Board regarding corporate protectionary measures. Furthermore, it has suggested that a workers participation plan will be installed.
