Admitted on the Paris Bar, Gautier Kaufman started to work in 2001 for firm specialized in intellectual property law.
In 2007, he found his own law firm cabinet KAUFMAN.
Gautier KAUFMAN’s practice encompasses both counseling and litigation, mostly in the fiels of intellectual property law (Patent, trademark , copyright, unfair competition), software and internet law.
He regulary works with French and foreign clients in a wide range of industries (media, editors, food, wine, telecommunications, art gallery, textile, design, painters, videogame, software)
He has a long experience in teaching and regulary publish books and articles. Gautier is in charge of a chronique in Gazette du Palais called “Les dessous de la robe”.
