Nathalie Dreyfus is the founder and managing partner of Dreyfus & associés, a Paris IP boutique she established in 2004. A French and European Trademark Attorney, she is one of the few IP practitioners in France to hold court expert status at the highest level: she is a court-approved expert before the French Supreme Court (Cour de cassation) for trademarks, and before the Paris Court of Appeal for trademarks and designs. She is also an accredited panelist of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center (Geneva) and the Forum (USA), and lectures at the French National School for the Judiciary (ENM). Clients rely on her to turn intellectual property into a strategic business asset: she identifies opportunities and risks in complex IP negotiations and transactions, secures portfolios worldwide and defends brands against online threats. In 2026 she was named Trademark Law Expert of the Year for France at the Advisory Excellence Awards.
