We are delighted to announce that Ugo Milazzo of 'Milazzo & Partners' has joined The Lawyer Network. Ugo has joined the network as our Real Estate member in Italy.

Ugo Agostino Milazzo, attorney, earned his law degree with honors in International Law from the University of Milan, and in 1991 started his career at a leading Italian law firm, specializing in finance and M&A.

Member of the Milan Bar since 1994, he later worked at several primary international firms as partner in charge of the firms’ real estate practices. In 1997, he was admitted as Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. Alongside his professional practice, he has pursued international training by attending several foreign universities including the City of London Polytechnic, The Hague Academy of International Law and, as winner of a scholarship for young European lawyers, “the College of Law”, in London.

Ugo Milazzo is specialized in commercial law, and handles ordinary day-to-day matters as well as extraordinary transactions, with a particular focus on M&A, Real Estate and litigation involving such transactions.

His clients include national and multinational companies listed in regulated markets, banking institutions, real estate operators and large-scale retail operators, small and medium-sized enterprises and investment funds.

He also sits on the boards of directors of Italian and international companies.
