Eric M. Runesson combines his practice as a lawyer with research and tutoring in the fields of contract law, negotiation and dispute resolution. He is the author of several books and articles on contract law and negotiation techniques and is often engaged to give tailored negotiation courses.

He has extensive experience of acting as counsel in commercial disputes in both courts and before arbitral tribunals, especially in the fields of M&A, licensing, distribution. He is often retained as an arbitrator in Swedish and international arbitral proceedings.
