Dr. iur. Urs Markus Lischer is a Swiss attorney and notary (Rechtsanwalt und Notar) and partner of the law firm Lischer Zemp & Partner. Dr. Lischer has practiced in various areas of international and national corporate, commercial and contractual law for over 30 years. His practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, financial transactions, commercial contracts and project management of legal work. As a notary he provides also notarial services in the context of complex transactions.

He has worked on major projects in various industry sectors, specifically the pharmaceutical industry. He provides assistance to his clients in the structuring, negotiation and implementation of transactions encompassing local and foreign legal aspects. He is accustomed to provide his experience and advice in project teams with external and in-house lawyers of his clients as well as other specialists including accounting and tax.
