His highlighted M&A transactions include advising Siam Cement Group in acquiring 85% share capital in Prime Group, valued at about US$240 million (including debts) to become the super major owner of the holding company and more than 20 subsidiaries; advising Showa Aluminum Can Corporation and Showa Denko K.K. in their acquisition of more than 90% share capital in Hanacans, valued at about US$110 million (including debts); advising J-Power in acquisition of shares in Nhon Trach 2 Power Plant; advising Bao Minh Company and SCIC in relation to the sales of the whole equity capital of Bao Minh - CMG to Daiichi Life Insurance. His other highlighted transactions in infrastructure & energy and project finances include Vinh Tan 1 BOT project; Phu My 3 BOT power project; Kien Luong 1 BOO project; Thu Duc BOT water project; proposed Oxbow and Enron’s power plants; and Ban Phuc Nickel Mining JVC. He also assisted in the development of a large telecommunications project in Hanoi, the acquisition of a large automobile man

ufacturer in Hanoi, and a number of other large-scale foreign investment projects.
