Announcement - New member of The Lawyer Network in Cyprus

Markides, Markides & Co., LLC was established in December 2011. It is a lawyers’ company limited by shares with only one shareholder, the lawyers’ well known partnership of Markides, Markides and Co. The new company took over the business of the partnership Markides, Markides and Co. as a going concern from the 1st of January 2012. Markides, Markides & Co is in effect a continuation of the law office established in 1933 by Frixos Markides, who was considered to be a doyen of the legal profession of Cyprus.

Amongst the Firm’s most active practice areas today are: Civil Litigation, IP Law, Competition Law, Company Law, Common Law, Money Tracing, Banking Law, Arbitration, Mergers and Acquisitions, and giving legal advice in respect of complicated matters both to clients of our own and to other lawyers, who often seek written advice from Mr. Alecos Markides.
