Nikolaj Juhl Hansen is a Danish attorney (advokat) and partner at Magnusson. He has practiced internationally and focused on corporate and commercial law for over 15 years. His practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, financial transactions, commercial contracts and project management of legal work abroad. Nikolaj advises on all aspects of M&A deals, including preparing companies for sale, due diligence, transaction finance as well as drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation. Within company law Nikolaj advises on restructuring and reconstruction, setting up companies, raising capital and shareholder agreement issues. Nikolaj has experience working with industry-leading companies across a range of sectors including industrial, chemical, clean energy, transport, life sciences and aviation.
