Announcement - New member of The Lawyer Network in Sweden

Peter Kenamets is an attorney at law and an authorized patent attorney in Sweden. He has been working with Awapatent since 2002. His practice is focused mainly on IP rights disputes. He has represented clients before Swedish courts in many patent infringement and invalidity matters in various technical areas. These matters have involved pursuing and defending claims for preliminary injunctions and other security measures, trials in the court of first instance, appeal court proceedings and opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office. Peter Kenamets further has experience of acting as counsel for clients in contractual lawsuits and court proceedings relating to IP rights other than patents.
