 Lo Pò is a partner at Chieffi-Murelli, an Italian independent boutique law firm specialized in financial services, capital markets and company law (including corporate governance).

Luca specialises in equity & debt capital markets, financial services and company law & corporate governance. In particular, Luca advises issuers and underwriters in IPOs, right issues, bond issues and MTN programmes.
