Tito is a graduate of the University of Leeds and a Barrister-at-Law (Gray’s Inn) in the United Kingdom. He was called to the English Bar in 1994 and subsequently the Singapore Bar in 1995. He has also attained a Graduate Certification in International Arbitration, topping his cohort in the process.

Legal Officer and Military Prosecutor

Tito began his career as a Legal Officer and Military Prosecutor with the Legal Service Commission, before joining the law Firm of Nathan Isaac & Co. In mid-1998, he left the Firm to form Ng Isaac Partnership and thereafter, established the, then, Tito Isaac & Co on 2 August 1999. The Firm has since converted to a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) with effect from 1 January 2008, operating under the name and style of Tito Isaac & Co LLP.

Master Mediator since 2002

Throughout the years, Tito has also taken on several important roles within the legal sector. In April 1999, he was appointed a Mediator under the Community Mediation Centre Act by the Ministry of Law, rising to become a Master Mediator in 2002. In May 2007, Tito was appointed to the Panel of Arbitrators within the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee by the Law Society of Singapore.

Senior Teaching Fellow since 2011

Always one to lend a hand to potential and upcoming members of the legal profession, Tito was appointed as a Senior Teaching Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Legal Education in August 2011. This was made in recognition of his voluntary contributions as an adjunct instructor in the postgraduate legal education of new lawyers in Singapore. Tito was also one of two Alternate Chairmen for the Patron Dispute Committee of the Casino Regulatory Authority in 2012, having been reappointed as a member of the committee for that year. In addition to the aforementioned appointments, Tito is also a Honorary Advisor to the Singapore Crane Association.

Tito consults in various aspects of the law, albeit with a significant part of his practice in the area of litigation. He has extensive trial and appellate litigation experience in criminal, commercial and civil cases. Tito has also been involved in litigious matters with an element of conveyancing and Property Law, including applying for the specific performance of contracts for the purchase of property, as well as repossessions and foreclosures.
