Announcement - New member of The Lawyer Network in Taiwan

The Lawyer Network is delighted to announce that Clarice Chen of 'Rich IP & Co.' has joined The Lawyer Network. Clarice has joined The Lawyer Network as our exclusive Patents member in Taiwan.

Ms. Carice (Tsui-Hua) Chen is the managing partner and owner of Rich IP& Co. (RichIP). She received her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Chemical Engineer from the National Taiwan University, and master’s degree in Law from Shih Hsin University. She also took the summer courses in Franklin Pierce Law Center, Research in Intellectual Property (IPSI & ALI) in 1999.


Ms. Carice Chen excels in not only the patent and trademark prosecution matters, but also the offense and defence of patent and trademark rights as well the litigation involving patent/trademark rights. She has been engaged in international IP practice since 1990, especially in patent and trademark matter. Ms. Carice Chen has lectured for local and national organizations in Taiwan on various intellectual property topics.


Ms. Carice Chen supervises both the trademark department and the chemical/biotech team in patent department of RichIP, and provides local and international clients services covering patent prosecution, invalidation, infringement analysis and litigation, as well as trademark registration, opposition, invalidation, cancellation and litigation.


Ms. Carice Chen is a registered patent attorney, trademark agent and registered professional Engineer in Environmental Engineering in Taiwan.
