The Lawyer Network is delighted to announce that Dr. Lars Jaeschke LL.M 'IP Jaeschke' has joined the Lawyer Network. Lars has joined the Lawyer Network as our exclusive Financial Intellectual Property member in Germany.
Dr. Jaeschke studied law in Giessen, Dresden and London and earned a doctor’s degree in Giessen in 2003.
Since his admission to the bar in 2005 he has been with large international law firms in Munich, London and Frankfurt in the area of intellectual property law.
He holds a Master of Law degree of the TU Dresden and the Queen Mary University of London (LL.M. – International Studies in Intellectual Property Law) since 2007.
The Frankfurt bar (Rechtsanwaltskammer Frankfurt am Main) appointed Dr. Jaeschke 2009 a Certified Intellectual Property Lawyer („Fachanwalt für Gewerblichen Rechtsschutz“).
Dr. Jaeschke is author of numerous publications in the field of intellectual property law, mainly trade mark law.
Dr. Jaeschke advises companies and personalities inter alia in trademark, media and competition law
