The Lawyer Network is delighted to announce that Danielle Bush of 'Chitiz Pathak' has joined the Lawyer Network. Danielle has joined the Lawyer Network as our exclusive Licensing & Gaming Law member in Canada.
Danielle Bush joined the firm's partnership in April of this year after 18 years of practice at the law firm of McCarthy Tetrault. Her practice is focused broadly on branding, marketing and regulatory legal issues, including in particular, issues concerning the gaming industry. The areas of practice she is actively engaged in range from brand clearance, protection, and licensing, labelling and compliance issues for regulated products, advertising disputes, through to online gaming, lotteries and sweepstakes.
Ms. Bush is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Licensing Executives Society, the International Trade-mark Association, the Canadian Marketing Association, and the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada.
Ms. Bush received her LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario and was called to the Ontario bar in 1990.
