Paul McCallen has been a partner of Aird & Berlis LLP since 1980. He is the senior member and Practice Group Leader of the firm's Litigation Group.
Practice
Paul has extensive experience as trial and appellate counsel in a wide variety of complex and challenging cases, including in the areas of class actions, insurance, employment, shareholder and partnership disputes and real estate development litigation. He has appeared as counsel at all levels of the courts and before administrative tribunals and has participated in numerous mediations and arbitrations.
