Dr. Elke Demuth-Steiner provides both legal services and - in cooperation with partners - consulting services to its clients. Her law firm Demuth Legal Advisor founded 2012 is embedded within a network of law firms in other European countries especially Northern and South-East Europe. Her clients are primarily small and medium-sized companies as well as family owned enterprises, which are advised on cross-border business issues.
At the Law School of Vienna University Elke Demuth-Steiner graduated as a PhD on the topic of Squeeze-out. She has also been studying at the University of Bologna and works for Italian clients. Further, she obtained the qualification as certified Compliance Officer.
