Mr. Chris Yiangou has been a Lawyer for 6 years; his main areas of practice are Corporate and Commercial Law, Banking & Finance, M&A, Cross-border Transactions and Joint Ventures, Companies Management, Trustee and Fiduciary Services.
He is a very dedicated and ambitious lawyer, and although relatively young, he has easily gained the trust of his clients. He has attended many business conferences and he regularly visits our international clients. Chris has extensive experience in the set up and completion of complex joint-ventures and cross-border structures through the use of Cyprus vehicles and advises regularly on Corporate, M & A, Banking & Finance and Insurance/ Pension Funds issues.
He has been managing all the major international transactions in the areas of Banking & Finance and Corporate & Commercial: analysing/ designing the transactions’ structure diagrams and setting up the detailed purpose of the firm’s assignments; estimating fees for the completion of assignments; monitoring all projects and constantly ensuring the quality of work and that deadlines are met. He also conducts corporate due diligence, reviewing/ drafting/ negotiating agreements from the Cyprus law perspective, assisting in the completion and checking of all conditions precedent to closings, drafting of legal opinions
