Toys ‘R’ Us is being sued by Fuhu in the United States over patent issues rising from a children’s tablet computer.
Toys ‘R’ Us are accused of stealing trade secrets from a former partner. Fuhu claim that Toys ‘R’ Us used the design of Fuhu’s Nabi tablet for its tablet computer, Tabeo, along with also copying its user experience and online services.
A deal which allowed Toys 'R' Us to sell Fuhu’s product in the states expired recently, leaving the former open to such allegations.
