François Hugonin is a lawyer at the Paris Bar and is a managing partner of HUGONIN & LAPORTE AARPI.
He has over 25 years of experience of tax and corporate law, working with French and international clients.
Hugonin has spent most of his career in large firms, firstly as a lawyer and then as a partner (Eversheds, Ernst & Young).
His main areas of specialisation are:
Tax law, tax audits and tax proceedings in France and abroad.
Company acquisitions (industrial clients and investment funds).
Restructuring of French and foreign groups (mergers, transfers of business units etc)
Helping foreign investors with their development plans in France.
François Hugonin holds a DESS (postgraduate diploma) in taxation, finance and corporate law and is a graduate of the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises (Université de Clermont 1).
