Announcement - Conference on Legal Aspects and Debates Regarding Non Fongible Tokens (NFTs)

For the attention of French speakers of The Lawyer Network.

Vincent de Bonnafos, a member of The Lawyer Network in Monaco is participating in a conferenceon the legal aspects and debates regarding non fungible tokens (“NFTs”) in theart and sport industries. His speech will be focused on the recent instances ofNFTs encountered in his practice, including in sports and gaming. The creation,purchase, sale and use of NFTs imply a number of complex legal issues that arecurrently being addressed in this growing field of the blockchain environment.

Otherprestigious speakers will also participate in the conference, including FredericLevi, Attorney-at-Law at the Paris Bar, Daniel Coheur, CCO at Tokeny, MarekZabicki, CTO at Arterïa, Bertrand Brehier, Deputy Head of Legal at SociétéGénérale, Benjamin Aouizerat, Department Head at SICCFIN.

The Conferenceis scheduled on 26 November 2021 at the Law Faculty in Nice. It is organised byProfessor Marina Teller as part of the DL4T programme at Université Côte d’Azur.DL4T is a research and lecture project in deep technologies considering legaland regulatory aspects of disruptive and structuring technologic breakthroughsand frameworks.
