Announcement - New member of The Lawyer Network in Belgium

We are delighted to announce that Stephanie Nijs of 'Peeters Euregio Law & Tax' has joined The Lawyer Network. Stephanie has joined the network as our exclusive International Labour & Employment member in Belgium.

Stephanie Nijs is mainly active in labor law and social security law. In this context, it assists both national and international companies with regard to various labor law issues such as the recruitment and dismissal of employees, social inspections and the drafting of employment contracts and policies. Furthermore, she is also active in construction law.

In addition, she has a particular interest and experience in conducting proceedings before the Belgian courts and tribunals with regard to labor and construction law disputes.

Stephanie obtained her Master's degree in Law in 2014 from KU Leuven, after which she obtained her master's-after-master's degree in social law (Vrije Universiteit Brussel, 2015). Stephanie has since gained several years of experience in reputable international law firms, where she provided labor law advice to international companies.

Stephanie advises our clients in Dutch and English.

Stephanie has been a lawyer since 2015 and has been part of the firm since 2021.
