Sung Mee Hong is a senior foreign attorney in the Corporate and M&A Practice Groups. She has assisted numerous domestic and foreign companies in mergers and acquisitions, in-bound and out-bound investments, and joint venture projects. She also advises clients on general corporate and business laws.
