Yuhui is holding a Master of Law degree from the Dr. Sun Yat-sen University, China, and has studied German language and business administration in Guangzhou and Germany. He is one of the founders of Luther Law Offices, Shanghai. Since nearly twenty years he focuses on the provision of legal advisory to German and European investors in the area of Chinese foreign investment law. He understands the needs of foreign invested enterprises in China and overseas investors, is experienced in various practice areas, and has been project leader of a large number of greenfield investment, cross-border transactions, restructurings, financing and investment, intellectual property protection and combating against unfair competitions.
