Ogier advises on US $5.5 billion Coller International Partners VI Fund

A cross jurisdictional Ogier team has acted for Coller Investment Management Limited in relation to the establishment of Coller International Partners VI.

Coller Capital, has announced the final closing of Coller International Partners VI (CIP VI) with commitments of $5.5 billion. CIP VI is a Guernsey authorised closed-ended investment scheme, comprised of Guernsey, Cayman Islands and other vehicles, and has been established primarily to pursue privately negotiated investments in the secondary market worldwide.

The transaction demonstrates the cross jurisdictional and integrated service that Ogier is able provide to its clients. Ogier worked with O'Melveny & Myers LLP on the transaction and advice was provided by Ogier's Guernsey, Cayman Islands and Jersey offices as well as certain fiduciary services being provided by Ogier Fiduciary Services.

Ogier partners Roger Le Tissier and William Simpson led the Ogier Guernsey team assisted primarily by Senior Associate Bryon Rees and Associate Rachael Sanders, the Cayman team was led by Partner Nick Rogers assisted by Associate Michael Lubin and the Jersey team was led by Partner Mike Lombardi.
