Artur is a Polish qualified legal adviser and partner in TGC Corporate Lawyers. Artur has over 20 years of experience in M&A practice advising on all aspects on M&A transactions. His experience comprises consulting for domestic and foreign investors as well as legal assistance with regard to the creation of companies and partnerships, mergers, divisions and acquisitions of companies and the financing of such transactions. Artur runs practice dealing more specifically, inter alia, with:

•drafting shareholders’ and partners’ agreements
