More than 28 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation, antitrust, arbitration in Chile as abroad, regulated markets, negotiation and drafting of complex contracts.

Studies: JD University of Chile (1995). Master of Laws LLM, Harvard University (1996).

Professor of Civil Law at the University of Chile (1997-). Recognized by the President of the Republic Scholarship (1995-1996) and Fulbright Scholarship (2000). Speaks Spanish, English and German. Member of the Chilean Bar Association A.G., International Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is former president of the Harvard Law School Association Chile and former director of the Deutsch - Chilenischer Bund.

He previously worked at Barros, Letelier, and González as a partner in charge of the litigation area (1998 and 2016). Between 1989 and 1997 he worked as an associate in the same study and is a member of the Chilean Society of Construction Law.
