He is a complete specialist in litigation field, especially in commercial, civil, but also commercial-criminal field of law. With an extremely rich and various expertise in civil law and intellectual property, it is the managing partner of T&A – Law, being highly involved and active in the client’s issues especially those that involve legal assistance and representation, but also due-diligence or fiscal legal issues.

Also, his focus and practice includes insolvency procedures as being an insolvency practitioner it is one of the expertise fields that manages to complete our expertise and practice.

Our practice offers full law services and we are providing assistance and representation for legal entities and for physical persons on the entire spectrum of law fields in front of the Romanian courts of laws on all the jurisdictions including but not limited to the High Court of Justice, Constitutional Court etc.

Our expertise developed during the years and at this moment due to the highly experience team of lawyers that we have we are covering complex litigations matters from corporate/commercial law, real estate, civil aspects, restructuring and insolvency procedures and also economic criminal matters.

With more than 15 years as a lawyer and especially as litigator Andrei is the founder of Taru& Associates and with a deep knowledge of the legal aspects he is managing the law firm that provides for its clients a climate of understating and patience of the issues that they are facing.
